Review the questions on Vision and Mission featured in the playbook. Record your thoughts. Share them with your colleagues. Think about the ways in which you can help Hammond simplify electrification by shaping power solutions with its customers. No idea is too small. Your thoughts may be the ones that make the difference.

Then go through each value. First watch the video. Then review the questions in the playbook, value by value. Share your thoughts with your colleagues. Suggest ways in which Hammond can implement each value in everything it does.
